A structured evidence operating system.
The layer connecting requests, field assignments, evidence, reviews, reports and property history.
The field app is where the platform touches the ground.
The operating layer connecting every part of a visit.
A request enters at one end. A reviewed, permanent record comes out of the other.
Everything is a record, not a file
Properties, requests, assignments, checklists, evidence, reports and passports are separate, related records. That is what makes a property’s history readable years later.
Automate the workflow. Keep humans where judgment matters.
The system handles matching, checklists, evidence, scoring and report drafts. Attending the property and approving the report stay with a person.
One platform. Three jobs to do.
Three experiences over one record.
Customer platform

Not just another camera. A capture instrument.
The camera knows which inspection it is serving, which checklist item is open, and how many frames are still outstanding.
Photo, then upload
The camera does not know what it is looking at.
- ✕ Any photo can be attached to anything
- ✕ Nothing enforces what must be captured
- ✕ The gallery sits between visit and record
- ✕ Missing frames found after everyone has left
The Veriness Evidence Camera
Capture, retake, confirm, inside the workflow.
- ✓ Opens against a specific checklist item
- ✓ Shows the framing guidance for that item
- ✓ Counts progress: 1 / 3, 2 / 3, 3 / 3
- ✓ Nothing is stored until you confirm
- ✓ Stamps the context at capture
- ✓ Falls back to the device camera
What is recorded with every item
So the record can be read months later without asking anyone to remember.
- ·Timestamp at the point of capture
- ·Inspection ID
- ·Property ID
- ·The checklist item it answers
- ·Inspector ID
- ·Evidence category
- ·Location context, where the device makes it available
Capture · Retake · Confirm
Three controls and a progress counter. Usable with one hand, in the sun.
It still works when the camera does not
If camera access is denied, the app switches to the device camera. The evidence still lands against the same checklist item.
What we do and do not claim about evidence
Evidence is captured and organized within the inspection workflow to improve traceability and consistency.
We do not claim that this makes evidence impossible to manipulate. It makes evidence structured, attributable and reviewable, which is a different and more honest claim.
Was the evidence captured where it was supposed to be?
GeoProof™ compares the device location at capture against the location the visit was scheduled for, and reports whether the two are consistent.
- ✓ Records device location at capture
- ✓ Compares it to the expected location
- ✓ Reports matched, approximate or unavailable
- ✓ Shown to the reviewer before release
- ✕ It does not prove legal ownership
- ✕ It does not validate title or documentation
- ✕ It does not make fraud impossible
- ✕ It does not replace a licensed surveyor
The visit is defined before anyone travels.
The platform builds the checklist from the service template, then adds every requirement you stated in your own words.
A standard scope per service
Eight items for property verification, seven for construction monitoring, five for remote monitoring. Each carries its own guidance and evidence minimum.
Your requirements become checklist items
“Check the fence on the northern boundary” becomes a checklist item with its own evidence requirement, not a note in an email.
Each item can require photo, video, observation or comment
The app tracks what has been satisfied and what has not, item by item, in real time during the visit.
- ·Minimum photograph count per item
- ·Written observation where judgment is involved
- ·An explicit “mark complete” action per item
Incomplete visits do not slip through quietly
A visit can be submitted with outstanding items, because sometimes a gate is locked and that is the finding. The app names every gap first, and it shows in the Confidence Index™.
A property should remember what has been checked.
A report is useful once. A Passport is useful every time the property comes up again.
- ✓ Full history in date order
- ✓ Every report and evidence item kept
- ✓ Carries across owners and services
- ✓ Useful to the owner and the next buyer

Example product interface
A score for the evidence, not for the property.
Calculated from the record itself: how much required evidence was captured, and how consistent it was.
REVIEW STATUSPASSED
Evidence completeness
The proportion of required photographs actually captured, item by item.
Location consistency
How much of the evidence GeoProof™ matched to the expected property location.
Evidence quality
Whether each category was covered rather than one item being over-photographed.
Documentation consistency
Whether the items requiring a written observation received a substantive one.
A low score is not a bad property. It means the record is thin, and the report will say why.
What still needs somebody’s attention.
A structured summary of identified observations, inconsistencies or customer-defined risk factors requiring further attention. It encourages professional due diligence. It does not replace it.
No inconsistencies were identified between the captured evidence and the stated property details.
- All required evidence categories were captured.
- Location context matched the expected property on every item.
- No encroachment or unauthorised activity was observed at the boundary.
- ✕ Required evidence that could not be captured on site
- ✕ Location context that did not match the expected property
- ✕ Judgment items left without an observation
- ✕ Anything the specialist flagged as a concern
- ✕ Your own risk factors the visit could not resolve
Each factor is named in the report with its evidence attached, so you can take it to the right professional.
The document at the end of the chain.
Generated from the record, then read and approved by a person before release.

Important legal positioning
Veriness does not claim that a property is “100% verified”, fraud-proof, guaranteed in ownership, guaranteed safe or guaranteed in construction quality. We report what was observed, how completely it was recorded, and what still needs a qualified professional.
