Service 01 · Property verification

Verify a property before the money moves.

A Veriness field specialist physically attends the property, works through a structured eight-point checklist inside the Veriness app, and returns evidence you can actually read, not a handful of photographs from someone with an interest in the answer.

Every photograph answers a specific checklist item. The app knows which one.

01 / The problem

You are being asked to trust photographs.

Property information in Nigeria still moves through WhatsApp chats, scattered photographs and verbal updates. That is fine for conversation. It is a poor basis for a decision involving your savings.

01

Photographs arrive with no record of when they were taken, where they were taken, or what was deliberately left out of frame.

02

The person sending them usually benefits from the sale going through. Nobody independent has walked the boundary.

03

You are told the road is good, the fence is intact and the plot is unoccupied. You have no way to check any of it from where you are.

04

Months later, when a question comes up, the evidence is spread across three phones and two email threads.

02 / The Veriness solution

A person on the ground. A system behind them.

Veriness does not replace the site visit. It structures it, so that what a specialist sees in person becomes a record you can read, keep and share.

01

Independent attendance

A field specialist with no stake in the transaction physically attends the property on an agreed date.

02

A defined checklist

The visit follows an eight-point verification checklist. Nothing is left to what the specialist happened to notice.

03

Evidence in the app

Photographs are captured inside the Veriness Evidence Camera, tied to the checklist item they answer.

04

Human review

The record is checked for completeness and consistency by a reviewer before it reaches you.

05

A permanent record

The report and its evidence become part of the property’s Passport, available the next time a question comes up.

03 / How it works

From your request to your report.

Eight steps. You see where the visit is at each one.

01RequestYou tell us the property, the location and what you need checked.
02ScopeOperations turns your request into a defined inspection with a date.
03AssignA specialist is matched to the location and the service type.
04AttendThe specialist travels to the property and starts the visit in-app.
05CaptureEvidence is collected against each checklist item, in order.
06ReviewA reviewer checks completeness, consistency and any flagged observation.
07ReportYou receive findings, evidence, a Confidence Index™ and recommended next steps.
08PassportThe visit is written into the property’s continuing digital history.
04 / What is included

The eight-point verification checklist.

This is the standard scope of a property verification visit. Anything you add in your request becomes an additional checklist item the specialist must answer on site.
